Ask MeCha Suggestions for playlist of songs that are (1) sexy and (2) related to the color purple. ??? (Hope this is not too hard)→[More:] Of course there's Purple Rain and Purple Haze, but those don't seem especially sexy.

Lilac is good -- I like Purple Rain, actually the whole album. Perhaps I need to reconsider the sex-say. (Googling) Okay, yup, I like it, but it's not quite the sexy I was going for. Lilac Wine is closer.

There's a Van Morrison song called "Purple Heather." (Whether it's sex-saaaaay or not, I couldn't say. Van Morrison is an instant buzz-killer for me, for whatever reason.)

Maybe Indigo Eyes by Peter Murphy? The lyrics aren't specifically sex-ay (I have no idea what the lyrics actually mean), but I tend to think he sounds sexy no matter what he's singing.

there was a very psychedelic band (which later became the band Chilliwack) called The Collectors and they did a song called "Lydia Purple" its very 60s, but i couldnt find it on YouTube . A Band Called Cargo covered the song but avoid it like the plague it sounds nothing like the original
