I am so cynical about media now that I keep thinking that I had never heard of either Chris Brown or Rihanna before their much publicized "domestic dispute" and I just think it was run by their press people to try to drum up CD and concert sales.

You know, I have a hard time with this kind of sympathy for stars. Nice that you dedicate a song to some wealthy star that has money for access to lawyers and the ability to flee to the Caribbean.

The folks that get my sympathy are the ones that can't afford to flee, or afford the attorneys which seems to equate to justice in this land. So, how do you feel about that? Or are you too busy lighting a candle for Lady Di?

And, before anyone gets all shitty about it, I think that anyone beating anyone else is a crappy thing. I just think our sympathy shouldn't be limited to those that are famous.
