I am looking for a small headphone case. It needs to be TINY and easy to use, so I actually carry it everywhere and use it! Handmade and/or leather is nice. doesnt need to be precisely for headphones so long as it'll work.

Well, I've used an Altoids tin before. It's definitely tiny, nearly free, and very study, provided you're using earbuds that fit inside. It's admittedly neither hand-made nor leather, although you could likely sand off the paint and decorate however you like.

A case for headphones? Do you mean earbuds? Because those aren't real headphones.
