Is there any other way to snag old copies of the NY Times? I know about this place, but I think that the price is a little steep. I need copies of the issue that has this story in it.
[More:]
A friend of mine is one of the attorneys mentioned in this article, and he wants me to score a few copies of the paper to bring down to him in a couple of weeks. How likely is it that I can find a few copies (two would do) of this day's paper, and not pay too much for it?
Should I really be posting this in the green?
Man, I ask a lot of questions.
Damn, no love from the 'chat today.

Maybe check with local libraries? Sometimes they hold papers for a week or 2. Check with your local old-lady hoarders?
The nytimes price didn't seem so bad. You'll probably spend that much with any solution. I know this is not the solution you wanted. so please don't hit me.

Craigslist, post-haste. Before the recyling goes out.

Also seconding the trip to the Local Library, which stores paper's like the NY. They do it over here, for our local papers, so there's no need why they shouldn't do it over there.
