Jim the Realtor, via troy at MeFi. Post is here. I'm not really self-aware enough to understand why I heart Jim and his videos so much, I just do. [More:] I'm generally not at all a big fan of most viralicious YouTube stuff, but for me, he kills. Maybe it's the intersection of my pervy Charles Grodin fangirl adoration and my pervy voyeuristic passion for peeptom-ing other people's houses.

If MeFi is down, the channel is here. So far, I especially like (if I can keep these straight) High on the Hill; Million Dollars Off!; Old La Costa REO 'Abomination'; and Vista, CA bank-owned house.

'Abomination' looks like it was designed by an architect on meth!

Now I'm laughing myself silly over It's Lovely, I'll Take It, which I haven't looked at in a while. I guess I'm just a sucker for real estate comedy.

Thanks. These are really good. I would probably have missed them on mefi.

Seems like the recession has given him a bit of an edge. This video from March 2007 has a whole different feel.
