I feel sympathy for the folks who screw up on the first question. They're usually not stupid, just flustered by the lights and the time limits and the pressure, you know? Or at least running on caffeine and adrenaline like the student in the OP.

It's the people that are stubbornly, consistently, willfully ignorant that really deserve the laughs. The people that INSIST on being idiots despite all advice to the contrary. People like this guy.
