Oh, someone posted the still yesterday, but the video is even better. I would like to know if that specific koala is okay, though.

They really are magical creatures. I had a stuffed plush koala as a kid (from staying at a Koala Inn in Bangor, Maine!) and it's so incredible that they really do look just like that. So beautiful and funny.

I went to Australia last May and held a koala (my childhood dream!). I'm not an overly emotional person but koalas make my heart melt. I'm glad Sam is okay. And that firefighter? Well, there's something very sexy about a man with a koala ...

My SO was freaking out a bit about all those pics of people giving koalas water out of bottles.

Koalas don't drink water. I wonder if they can actually process it at all...

Water isn't poisonous to koalas. The food they eat is so high in water content that they don't need to drink water often.

Yeah koalas are OK to drink water but they usually don't need to.
