I happened to see the Cramps as a teenager when I went to see what I thought was a Guitar Wolf show. Turns out Guitar Wolf was the opening act and the Cramps were the headliners. I had never even heard of them before that, but they blew my mind.

My roommate introduced me to the Cramps by dropping the needle down on Garbage Man while the volume was turned to 11. It was about six a.m and I was sound to sleep. God bless him for introducing me to them. I just wish it was at a reasonable hour.
