right now I can pull my bangs down to the middle of my nose. I can tuck the sides behind my ears. do not want.

I can't tell what the back of your hair looks like from your photo...I love the illustration you chose though!

So a few months ago when I chopped off my hair, I came here to find a photo and get input. It was great, but I found it way harder to find a style online than actually IN the salon with all their "Short SASSY Hair!" magazines. Those rocked. I got my hair cut again the other day, and it was simple to find a picture to show the stylist what I wanted. What I GOT, on the other hand...UGH.

I see your old thread and will peruse it in the morning. My hair is almost this long but with a bit of waviness, and doesn't look as good.

I really really love that second photo you posted. I think that cut looks great on you, and could also totally go shorter.

It looks a little 80s to me, and a little punk (both in a good way), if that helps your searching at all. The best I could find was this, but I think that's basically what you've created already:

Even though these are nominally men's haircuts, I consider the second to last one pretty excellent.
