There are a few things there I think I'd skip. Does that eclair-like thing have ... ham ... in it? And what is that jello-custard thing near the bottom of the page?

Near the top? The "Eckler fánk"? No, it just has a layer of vanilla puddingy filling topped with a layer of chocolate buttercreamy filling. Tokaji borkrém is made a sort of rich whipped cream flavored with vanilla and this stuff (that's the stuff that's being served in glasses like a parfait). The other gelatin-topped thing is like a cheesecake. The gelatin tops are mostly just to be pretty and they probably wouldn't be as sweet as, say, Jello is.
Ah. Well, then, I suppose I'll at least try a bit of each. Let me know when the sampler arrives, yeah? I want to be sure to get to the kitchen and get my share before the folks from reception eat everything in sight.
One of the best things about the brunch at the Bellagio is that the desserts come in little three-bite sizes, so you don't feel guilty about trying lots of different ones.
I wish they'd done that at the breakfast buffets as well, though, because there were so many different pastries and muffins I wanted to try, but it would have been far too wasteful to pick the ones I wanted just to have a bite or two out of them all.
