Well, even if nobody but leesh and I go, it will be fun. I met one of the band members Sunday, and he was really nice. It's funny--local music scenes intimidate me. Yet whenever I've met someone "famous" (a friend's neighbor for example*) they've been super nice. Maybe because I talk to them about things other than music and I have no reason to be gaga?

*(Not here in Durham. A friend who lives in GA)

I've found that too - Stewriffic. Even more so when they meet me through one of my good friends who is a "famous" musician himself. As long as they don't think you're out for something, and show that you're more interested in them than who they are, I've found 90% of them to be really lovely.

Though these are Australian musicians... and thus not really famous at all.
