Obviously, many websites do not have have a mw equivalent, often URLed m.metachat.web and so a good many sites simply do not work, IMDB for example. My web browser has 3 display modes: standard, optimized and text only. Generally one of these will resolve a given site to some semblence of legibility.

Metachat works reasonably well in optimized mode, although I must scroll through the entire left sidebar to reach the posts. To log in, I must first zoom in twice to force the entry fields onto seperate lines, and after I hit enter, I must refresh because the next page freezes.

Overall, life is tolerable on the mw once you adjust.

Wow, thanks! I had tried m.metachat.org which didn't work and appears to be the convention, so I didn't think to look for anything else.

Trying to edit the wiki to add myself to the twitter page almost turned into a nightmare. It didn't work but at least the wiki survived unscathed. If someone wants to add me, my ID is Ardiril.

Oh yay. I didn't know there was a mobie MeCha. (My phone is weird with some websites and has completely stopped letting me skip chapters on FF.net, which is disappointing because that's what I read in bed.)
