What sites are good for making little doodads like the one in this post? →[More:]I want to be able to position little photos and text in a little collage. If you all can help me find where I can do this, I will swallow my pride and share the final product.

SUMO paint, pixlr or splashup.com maybe?

I'm *shame* on dialup so I can't actually check if any of these will let you add several photos to a main one for a collage, but they should do the text stuff...

ok, pixlr will do what you want with some select/copy/paste-ing to get the pictures into one image for collage.
