The afternoon I've had, I needed a laugh.This was it.
Perfect dog versus cat comparison, right there. The dog's blustery and loud and charging at a full bore FUCK YOU FUCK YOU THIS MY HOUSE, but the cat just jumps up, bares some teeth, and seems to say "Try it, bitch. Just take one more step and see what happens."
yeah, I was honestly surprised that the raccoon backed down to the cat. Farm girl here has seen what typically happens to cats who tangle with a big ol' nasty boar 'coon, and frankly it usually does not wendell AT ALL for the cat.
specklet, I loved that too -- looking over his shoulder while he's grabbing the food, so he could drop it and go "who? me? I'm not doing anything and HOW DARE YOU ACCUSE ME" the second anyone walked in the door.
Jan, speaking of needing a laugh, have you ever perused Failblog? This one made me laugh uncontrollably for several minutes, perhaps because I am actually about 12.
