For stupid reasons, my work email was down for about a month. I learned that I could indeed survive, but it was challenging, particularly for complicated planning-type conversations and shared document review.
On the other hand, if I had an endless string of interns and secretaries to whom I could say "Hey, take care of this for me: start writing and I'll tell you how I want things done" it would've been much easier. Since he'll be in that situation he'll be okay.
When I read this article yesterday I fell just a little bit in love with Barack Obama. I was THOROUGHLY charmed by his little "Sox!" messages and his "How about that?" on election night. THAT IS FRIGGIN ADORABLE!!!
