this is just to say i have a f-ing awesome FLAMING SWORD in fallout 3. It is so awesome that I run in like a crazy berserker at super mutants while they shoot at me so I can whack-em with my FIRE SWORD!!!

I was expecting not to like Fallout 3 much because it's not by the same team that worked on the first two games, but I'm loving it. For the first couple of hours of play I thought, "This isn't real Fallout." Now I think it's awesome.

With my playing style (which involves me heading somewhere to finish a quest, and then getting distracted by a building I come across on the way there), I don't expect to beat the game until December, but I don't care. I just like wandering around, picking the locks on houses, rifling through boxes and scavenging things. And beating Radscorpions with baseball bats.

Also: the 5.1 surround sound on this is scary as hell sometimes.
