OK Stop it now. 1. The comments have disappeared from the bunnyfire thread because (I think) of a bug in the software. Please try not to read too much into it.
2. taz won't be up until the morning. She can spend the morning cleaning up metachat, or she can spend it having a nice cup of coffee and a pleasant breakfast. You decide.
3. I'm in the process of overreacting to this situation. I'm going to bed before I do something I regret, and would ask that you all try and quell those important things you must say until tomorrow.

Today at work, one of my homeless customers told one of my non-homeless customers that he 'looked like teddy Pendergrass.' That's not something you hear everyday.

I had a homeless gentleman accuse me of making him drop his handful of leaves this evening.

I wasn't really sure how to respond to that one.

I went home sick today. My stomach just wouldn't stop bothering me. Mr. V is away - so gomichild, could you sing me a lullaby, too?

Jonmc, I remember a semi-homeless lady in my neighborhood growing up who used to sing as she pushed her shopping cart around. We called her "Bella".

vix, the guy who was told he look liked Teddy is a professional book dealer from Nigeria named Bayo who sells off his excess stock to us. There's definitely a resemblance. His answer was "Well, he was popular with the ladies..."

Today while walking downtown I noticed this big ass fat white guy with all sorts crazy ass black makeup scribbled all over his face. We were walking in opposite directions and as we passed he asked me if I had another big gulp cup on me so he could get a drink. I said "nah man" and we both kept walking. Then 2 blocks later I noticed a well dressed older black gentleman casually walking next to a small park. Then all of a sudden he stops in place and starts doing some kind of funky dance for a good 20 seconds. The then continued walking.

Tonight I made a great dinner with meatloaf and mash and red wine poached pears with Mascarpone. I was not watching over mecha at all. Still, no one wrote to me about this earth shaking event of great importance.

Really, if we are going to hell in a nice hand woven hand basket you could try writing to us mods and we will look in to see what is going on.
