Good news/bad news →[More:] Okay, first the good news: My son's AP Government teacher has given the kids the assignment to do something for a political campaign, and tomorrow my son's going to the county Democratic HQ to phone-bank for Obama. Yay!

The bad news is that he is driving himself there, and this is the longest drive in unfamiliar territory he's ever done, and frankly, I'm a little worried.

What's your good news/bad news?

Good news. Had dinner with the Executive Director and he not only had remembered me, but seemed interested in my work.
Bad news. Did I make a fool of myself?

Good news: I got my Tetanus-Diptheria-Pertussus booster and flu shot.

Bad news: I got my Tetanus-Diptheria-Pertussus booster and flu shot in the same arm. Ow.

Good news-had a great time at the McCain rally.

Bad news-after the rally had to go to the viewing of the former county chairman who just passed away unexpectedly.

Good news: I have quite a bit more free time to putter around in my garden.

Bad news: I woke up to a dusting of snow on the ground today. In Essex. In October. Leaves still on the trees.

Good news: I'm working from home today so don't need to go out until later, when it will have melted. I'm watching a neighbour scraping snow off his car as we speak.
