Nah... this will be my fourth Sisters show.
First- he sounded good, music was muddy. blame the venue's shit system.
second- music was sharp, vocals were muddy- venue fixed one problem to cause another.
third- house of blues bought the venue and redid the sound system and acoustical tiles. they sounded as good as the albums, if not better.

But then, I worship at the church of eldrich, so I would go to the "Andrew reads the greater london area phone book, H through M" tour.

"This Corrosion" always reminds me of dancing around the booth at my college radio station. Have fun!

hm. I swear I posted a response. Thanks k-d-it. Mr Blandings and I either agree that shows are awesome (the Cure, MBV, parts of Projekt fest, for instance) for completely different reasons, or disagree completely (My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult, for instance). He wasn't able to articulate anything other than "worse.show.ever" so, thanks!

I saw The Sisters bunch 'o years ago with Elizard and they were cool and heavy and a good show. IMohsohumbleO, The TKK were freakin' ossum when they were touring for Sexplosion! (sex, sleaze, Satan, martinis, and Jesus getting a blowjob. quality entertainment!) ...saw them a few years later (Hit 'n Run Holiday, iirc) and the spark had gone. Friends saw other (recent) shows and really weren't impressed. :(
