Wow, I missed both beard-offs! Both of you look great either way!
I haven't seen my chin in a decade, and it is WEIRD.
Hee! My son didn't recognize his father when he went clean-shaven after years of beardedness. Poor boy didn't even want to look at him for a whole day.
I went straight for the "now I look like this" shot so I wouldn't have the "wait, something's missing" feeling and, omg, you totally should do a clean shave just for one day you have a great chin.
Also, I've done what lysdexic describes to my dad when he shaved off his beard. It was the first time that I have ever seen his chin and I was already a teenager and it freaked me the heck out.
I've got the opposite thing going on: my hair is longer now than it has been since I was oh, seventeen? (That's a very long time ago.) Feels weird. I missed the shaved head.
I LIKE IT.
i mentioned that someone cut their hair and before i could say anything else, i got, "DO IT."
i mean, i know the accidental steampunk on the prairie look has got to go (not sure how it happened), but i say when i DO IT. Don't you be telling me to DO IT. God, i hope we were talking about the same thing.
I'm a little antsy, waiting for the first cold snap to hit my chin. Today I shampooed AND conditioned my face for no reason other than habit (both times emitting a DOH!), and I keep chewing my upper lip. My wife has decided it's a good look, though.

Hahaha I did the same.
But my showers are a bit quicker now.
I found that for the first day I kept blowing air up past my nose, because it felt so strange and also because I can actually blow the hair over my forehead without a moustache blocking it.
