LOL, maybe I went overboard on the praise and linkage. (God forbid I should be accused of proselytizing!) But my first reaction to stuff these days is usually praise and thanksgiving, quite a change from cynicism and suspicion!

Anyway, my boss assures me I will have every opportunity to EARN every penny, LOL!
