i was gonna ask, but then i tried to look it up first, trying to figure out what ro-stock was, and now i'm more confused than ever. i figured it was like a photoshop filter or application that adds the "painterly" texture, now i'm guessing it's a person because i'm really doubting it's a whole German city.
