The first thing I thought of when I saw those was Drew Barrymores' Body Fusion

OMG, is Eric's video for real? I've never seen that one before. Nice thong. Both of these songs (Praise You and Call on Me are on my workout iPod list). Now I will never get these images out of my head (kind of like when I am running to Escape by Enrique Iglesias. The hippy shirt... Anna on the bathroom sink... It's a disturbing picture.) Which is kind of OK because they're all kind of funny.

This is awesome.

There's a group trying to arrange flash mobs here in Anchorage, and everyone was supposed to show up at one of our (two) malls and sing Tomorrow from Annie. Only about 5 people showed up, but they did get some applause. But then some security guards decided to be dicks and threatened to call the cops if they didn't leave immediately because they were Causing A Disturbance. My friend, pregnant and more than a bit mouthy, lost her shit when the guard grabbed her shoulder and ended up being escorted out of the mall. All for singing.

If they had tried this, being escorted out would have been SO worth it.

There's something about "Call On Me" that inspires shot-by-shot parodies. Oddly, one of the first of this semi-viral meme came from the US Naval Academy. (The best reference, though, was in Chemical Brothers' "Believe" ...)
