Late Summer Photo Friday So post something late-summery.
Thanks, Lori. My clumsy photography and photoshoppery would probably draw snickers most places.
That almost looked like floodwater in your picture. Hopefully it isn't flooding there.
I'm hoping someone will post something here, on any theme at all... Seems like photo friday hasn't been too popular lately. I just like looking at people's pictures, though I guess I could just go to flickr. Somehow that doesn't seem like quite the same thing.

Bees eating pears that have fallen off our pear tree and started to rot. This is at the curb in front of our house, so you have to watch your step if you're walking by.
When they have a sweet, fermenting pear to crawl around in, they are not at all interested in you (unless you touch the pear). It took me many years of watching them to realize this, though, I'll admit.
I've been so busy with the new job and the new puppy and not really feeling the creativity of my camera. And MeCha is blocked at work *cries*. What have I taken this week that is late-summery?
