house sale closing, after a busy week, cleaning out her house, attic, basement & garage, and moving stuff to her new house.

Yay! Old house sold! It's a 2-family, and the new house is a single family, so no more tenants! Again, Yay! Now ends the Great Unjunking, and begins The Great Unpacking. Still need to dismantle and move a play set from the back yard, but compared to the last week, it's entirely manageable.

I really wanted to go to the meetup, but was too exhausted to drive safely.

We missed you (and Suki, and Janetland, and Elsa, and MarieMonDieu, and, and, and...) but we had a great time. And I think we'll do it again next summer-- the beach was great, and so was the candlepin bowling. We'll just figure out the date earlier so people can have it planned in ahead of time. But congrats on your house! That sounds wonderful. Enjoy rest in your new nest.
