I paid 50 dollars on Ebay for a simple eyelet beach cover up/tunic thing. I knew it was a Target item (it was one of their guest "designer" pieces). The Target website was sold out and I just had to have it. I got the package and the ebay seller left the discount tags on the tunic. $13.89.
