High Voltage Cable Inspection.

So I got into a discussion with a friend about the arcing on the switchgear in one of the youtube links in this post earlier today.

Dude is an electrical engineer. After some discussion in IM, during which I learned a lot about 500kV lines, he sent me the above, completely astonishing link of how power lines are cleaned and serviced.

The guy doing the inspection is in his 60's, incidentally.
