Have you ever been to Tampa before? If you haven't, there are some touristy things you could do- the Salvador Dali musuem, Honeymoon Island beach, Ybor City (either at day for the food and the sights or at night for the paaaaarty).

Sarasota is not that far a drive away and it has cool museums and beautiful beaches! I used to live there!

I live on the East coast of Florida. I've been to the Dali museum. It's great. Take the guided tour.
