...give himself a Xmas present/get lucky at the end of this episode, or did I read it wrong? Did I see hot rod flames on his cane at one point, too, or did I imagine that? If I imagined it, I call dibs on the idea big time.

He did have a cane with flames on it for a bit.

Was this the episode with the woman in the xmas pageant? (Sorry, didn't watch the repeat and am not sure if I'm guessing correctly.)

Oh also, for the record. Hugh Laurie makes me all tingly and fuzzy feeling. So YMMV and suchlike. (The character of House is a bastard but a damn sexy one.)

Yeah, I remember the cane having flames at one point, too.

I have tried, so far without success, to have Dr House included in our team's documentation as a resource for examples of how to deal with clients. I'll get there, though.

My sister gave me a replica of that hot rod flame cane for christmas.
I love Hugh Laurie/House, though I've missed pretty much all of the latest season.
