It's still going on. The roofers' lovely music.[More:]

Right now it's "She's Like The Wind," but I can't tell if it's the Patrick Swayze version or the David Hasselhoff cover.

Earlier it was Sinead O'Connor's "Nothing Compares 2 U." (Which was actually written by Prince, and who does a much better rendition.)

There've also been whiney pop diva things with lots of strings, annoying three-chord boy band ballads, and Bob Marley.

*sigh*
Put on your headphones and listen to this antidote. And then this one.

And check out the bright pink audience member. A little smile factory.

With all due respect to everyone involved, I think Sinead O'Connor's version of 'Nothing Compares 2 U' is much better.

box, agreed, but it also tops the list of Most Overplayed Song of 1990. It definitely goes into my "worn-out Complaint Rock" castoff bin.

Specklet: Try some 3OH!3 as an antidote. Here they are doing a cover of Joan Fucking Jett!!
