Fun with plumbing. So the dustbuster cover wasn't quite on, and it slid down the wall and bashed the water hose connected to the washing machine, thus spraying the wall and floor, etc.

Meanwhile, flushing the toilet started sounding like truck brakes sometime in the past week. We figured if we were making the hardware store trek, we may as well fix the shitter, too.

Also, I gave mrs chewie a haircut (in exchange for her de-graying mine), we did a bit of clicker training with mongo pup (he's 5 months!!!) and are headed off to catch Hellboy II in 10 minutes. Kinda busy for a Sunday. But we can now wash clothes and pee quietly again.

Maybe you need one of those robot vacuums. To tell the truth, I don't trust those little cyborg fuckers. I always get the feeling that they're going to run away and try to conquer the world through strong suction.

My brother-in-law is addicted to his dustbuster. I swear he will bring it out after dinner, before dessert, and dustbust the table and surrounding areas. Of course, he is a plumber, so your repairs would be all in a days work for him. :^)

Jonmc, one of my favorite sites "The Daily Coyote" mentioned one of those robot vacuums. Her coyote figured out how to turn it on, so he could play with it all day. So she has to lock it up. Defeats the purpose of even having one, unfortunately.
