Thanks to the Orioles, their fans at Camden Yards don't get as much exposure to carbon monoxide. The team might not be baseball's best, but at least it's environmentally conscious.
That's very cool. It's been a long time since I went to a Braves game, but I remember the player's parking lot always looked like row after row of tanks, with gold trim.
One cool thing about the Olympic Trials here was the bank of stationary bikes, giving people the opportunity to hop on and pedal and send some electricity onto the grid to help power lights, PA, and other stuff associated with the event.
That is cool. I wish I could ride by bike to work. It's a little too far (11 miles) to be practical and I have a fear of being hit, rained on, or late.
Since when have baseball players needed to be athletic?
Every time I read about an athlete revitalizing their career thanks to, say, a personal trainer, I'm astonished that they didn't have one in the first place.
