Sorry, this was supposed to have a description of how I took this (on the fly, automatic settings, as I was leaving work) and link to the tilt-shift fakes pool on Flickr, it being a group I've long followed but seldom contributed to. So, here it is.

Nice! Is it primarily a matter of blurring the appropriate areas, or do you have to do things like stretching/skewing as well?

Just blurring, treepour, although I also mess with the curves to make the colors slightly flatter.
