Does this kind of calorie calculator exist? Recently, I've begun going out to eat lunch with the folks at the office. We normally go to nicer, non-chain sit down places.

I'd like to keep track of my calories at these places. Most of the calorie calculators have calorie counts for chain restaurants, but there is no real way to shoehorn a salad with tempeh, feta and almonds.[More:]

So my question is this: Are there any sites out there where I can input a list of ingredients and rough amounts to get a calorie count of a dish?

If this doesn't exist, someone could sure make money making one.
Fitday.

It does exactly that.

Seconding fitday. I used it for a few months in college before I meh-ed away.

Also The Daily Plate, Sparkpeople, Nutritiondata.com, possibly CalorieKing.

I liked Nutritiondata the best for recipe calcuation; although it was a little clunky to figure out at first, I liked how much data it gave back. I first used Fitday and then went to The Daily Plate for day-to-day tracking. (I briefly went through an obsessive calorie counting stint. Worked great - lost 8 lbs - but ruined my sanity briefly and sadly my body image possibly forever.)
