Who is this? I came across this little .gif on the web and I recognise the face but can't put a name to her. I know it'll be one of those "D'oh! Of course!" moments when the answer is posted.

Ah yes, Angela. Thanks so much. We are nearly at the end of the last cycle here. Unfortunately I already know Christian won it, but I was delighted when they brought Chris back and that he's still hanging on in there. (No spoilers plzthnx)

Why is an Osbourne hosting this show? Someone explain? Why does she have that Bristish Accent? She doesn't normally speak like that...?

Kelly Osborne hosts Project Catwalk in the UK. It used to be Liz Hurley (bleah) but Kelly is much better. I've never heard her talk with anything other than that accent.
