Gitmo folks get REAL trials [More:]What does it say about the US that this seems too good to be true?

The pinch that proves it's not a dream is Scalia's rationale for why detainees should be denied due process.
Also, it always cracks me up to see "Gitmo" in a headline since it means something like "asshole" in Florida Creole.

I heard this on the car radio today. It's good news and about time.

Scalia said the nation is "at war with radical Islamists" and that the court's decision "will make the war harder on us. It will almost certainly cause more Americans to be killed."

Do they keep the conservative Justices in a state of cryogenic suspension between sessions, or what? Outside of the Colbert Report, it's been years since I've heard that type of alarmist rhetoric being delivered in earnest.
