I love the colour scheme--it's very urban looking.

The header, yeah--you could shorten it to maybe half its length so that there's more matter on the front page to be seen, imo:)

I like the color scheme. I agree with hadjiboy that you could scale down the header. I'd also darken it a bit so that the white text stands out; as is, it's a little difficult to read at first glance. Also, the text looks really large to me (Firefox 2.0, Windows XP).

It breaks if you shrink the browser widthwise. Not a big deal, though. Not sure why the top of the text ("Welcome to the Modern...") doesn't line up with the top of the nav sidebar. There seems to be too much space above the footer text ("Website designed and...") Why isn't the "Certificate" in the menu capitalized like the other links?

Other than that, I think the whole site is clean and simple. I like the typography in your main text. Your colors are umm unique but I think they turned out great (and I agree that it's urban looking!)
