You know, that sounds like it could come right out of a Ramones song. In fact, I sort of wish it did.

Based on Pips comment I'm assuming that's from the spiked brownie episode (just Googled to double check - yup). I have not seen the hash episode of Barney Miller in at least a decade. I remember that having some great Jack Soo moments (does he deliver the line?).
