Looks like it is from the Great Lakes - USA.

It's cold down there, but everything is well-preserved. And, protected. All the dive companies are self-policing and will turn someone in in a heartbeat if they mess with the wrecks.

Off topic: I just went diving with my nephew a few weeks ago - the first time in about 4 years - it was strange to have a new dive buddy even though Tom and I had been diving with him before as a group.
