My blog is mostly ramblings, and only when I remember to update it. I can't be arsed to deal with the html to update it with my photos, which is one of the reasons I think I got it.

It's a nice blog and design, hadjiboy, and I encourage you to stay with it because you have a lot to offer as a writer, but I have to say that while we don't have a problem with occasional self-linking by regular members generally, we don't really want lots and lots of posts from people saying "look at my site".

I hope you understand this. Almost everyone here has a personal site, and if everyone made numbers of posts just linking to their blogs, we would just end up as nothing more than a list of links to people's personal sites.

Importantly, if most people refrain, but one or two don't, then we have an unfair mix.

So link sometimes, when there's something especially meaningful to you, or when it has something particular and useful/informative to do with a topic being discussed, but not so much along the lines of "I made a new blog entry".

Haha, yeah, I was just excited that I was finally able to get the damn thing off the ground, and I guess I got a bit carried away. Sorry about that, but thanks for indulging me so far--I really, really appreciate it:)
