OMFG - I *actually* got the damn thing to work Ok, it is now 9.54 am. I got the laptop and wireless router at 2pm yesterday. I was up until 4am. Been up for a few hours now. But I finally FINALLY got the printer to print wirelessly.

There was one stupid fucking check-box that I needed to click that the instructions didn't mention.

ONE CHECKBOX.

Yeah - SNAFU.

I have been toying with the idea of dropping Windows from my (personal, can't do much about work) computing life altogether, but have had this WinXP CD that keeps allowing me to re-authenticate (I think it was an academic multi-install version that got sold to me by mistake), which made it hard to justify. On the weekend, I was re-installing XP for someone and, after putting in the code, was presented with a message that the number of authentications had been exceeded for that CD. Ah, well, it was good while it lasted.
