Yeah we're doing [well mathowie and pb are doing] a coldfusion upgrade so while we're hoping for the best it's solidly in "who knows" territory but they've gotten better at notification so it probably won't be some terrible wtf-forever thing.

I was just about to preview an AskMe and I got "Page not found" on just about everything. Now it's down altogether.

Ask mathowie. That's when he works and when the server farm people are likely to be accessible, is my guess.

pb and matt really need to use Apache's httpd.conf or something similar to block access to all pages, rather than just re-routing the top-level requests to the status page. Some pages aren't being executed by the ColdFusion process and instead the code is displayed as text. Man, the Mefi codebase has some hacky crap in it.
