The four food groups according to me.→[More:]
Orange Group: Cheddar cheese, Doritos, carrots
Beer Group: beer
Chocolate Group: chocolate, coffee
Apple Group: to keep the doctor away
Cheese group: all types of cheese. Except American.
Winter alcohol group: dark beer, jameson, warm cider and rum
Summer alcohol group: seabreezes, medium beer, pimms, gin and tonics
Sugar: sugar.
1: Stuff that I love to consume that is bad for me
2: Stuff that I love to consume that is good for me
3: Stuff that I don't like and don't consume
4: This space for rent
Since college my 4 major food groups were Beer, Caffeine, Cheez-its, vegetables. I've since changed that to Beer, Caffeine, Vegetables, Everything else.
Apple group: green apples, chinese apples, pineapples.
Veggie group: bean sprouts, green salad, tomatoe, cucumber, orange bell peppers, baby corn, corn
Instead of starch with dinner group: red beans, black beans, borlotti beans, pinto beans, lentil, rice, rice noodles
Meat group: Fresh salmon, all kinds of fish, chicken.
Stay away from but-oh-darn-it's-so-good-i-can't group: cigarettes, strong alcohol, potato, pasta
Do not want group: lamb, squash, bacon, pie
