Calvin and Hobbes, from today's paper: [More:]

Calvin asking his father: Why does the sun set?
Calvin's Father: It's because hot air rises. The sun's hot in the middle of the day, so it rises high in the sky.

In the evening then, it cools down and sets.

Calvin: Why does it go from East to West?
Dad: Solar Wind.

Calvin's mom from out of frame: DEAR!
My favorite, all-time, comic strip. I really miss it, and have all the books.
I also have my own real-life Calvin!

:)

You know something--I've always wanted to be Calvin when I grew up. Still do, even though I know that acting like a child is what's gotten me in the trouble I am in the first place, but you know what--if acting like a child means that you're going to pay attention to the stuff that really matters in life, then hell yeah: I'm A Child!

That's from Calvin and Hobbes? My God, next we'll be finding an old Garfield where Jon gets a fish stuck in his pants.

This reminds me of Lies I've told my 3 year old recently.
