Does anyone here speak Russian? →[More:]
Remember this clip? (It's a fake) but I've also come across a news report, in Russian, where they trace the guy. I can't tell from watching it if his (obvious) disability is congenital or if he's suffering from Korsakoff's Syndrome as a result of alcoholism.

Could someone who speaks Russian translate (obviously not the whole thing word for word, but just the facts of the story)?

In February information occurred that Runeta star, and the whole Internet, Chumazik, died.
As it turned out to lead of his passing were exaggerated slightly.
Him it was possible to find. His name is Yura, he is living , lives in Kemerovo area. Sick from the childhood. Authors of the reporting managed to interview both at his mum, and at himself. Though he cannot say properly.
You look video. On the last seconds it becomes somehow not on self, understanding that all of us laughed above sick person. Well, who knew
