She and our son (and the extended family) have moved into a five-bedroom house and he has the new laptop he has been craving for years.

Plus, the entire extended family* (basically a lesbian/wiccan/master-slaves commune with assorted kids) all have found good jobs with stable employers. With an actual home to go with her job, my ex's senior slave will regain custody of her daughter in August. The daughter of another slave asked her mom to petition the school system to allow her back in, and they only need to get one more doctor's signature to accomplish that.

Also, the household got a five month old Great Dane puppy.

For the first time since my son was born, 15 years ago, I do not have to worry about providing for anyone's needs but my own.

... and I'm cruising to Italy!
