I've had a great week (possibly due in part to taking calcium.)

I discovered I was getting lactose intolerant this winter so stopped living off hot whole milk. (mmm! comfort food!)
A week ago I started taking calcium supplements out of osteoporosis fears. And 2 days later I had the best day I'd had all winter.
And then the next day too!
And the next!
(And then I went skiing so that one doesn't count because I'm rarely miserable while out in the sun skiing.)
But the one after that, too!
And today!
Possibly coincidence- it's also sunny and SPRING!- but for all you depressed bunnies out there... give calcium a try if you haven't.
