He is risen indeed! It took much longer for the yeast to kick in that I expected, so, yeah, when it rose I was pretty jubilant.

I had hot cross buns yesterday at a friend's. I don't buy them for myself because in the supermarket you can only buy them in packs of six or so and they're so more-ish.

Oh, and Easter Bunny! OMG! This is the scene across much of the UK. It's snowing as I type, although the snow's that fat wet snow that (hopefully) appears to be melting on contact.

It looks just like my family's placek! I didn't make it this year, although I did make the chalka. (Photo from last year's batch, my camera's broke and it looks the same anyway.)
