Update: She barely asked any questions, so taking her cues from what she told me about the job, I told some stories about similar situations I've been in and how I handled them. I asked her one last time if she had any questions, she said no, so I very briefly summarized my awesome points again. Two good handshakes, she walked me to the elevator bank, and I was out the door in a half an hour. I find out Monday if I'm going on to the next round of interview.

She says that she position's been open since December. What does that say to you?
