Any fellow MeFites have an invite to thebox.bz? I figure since this isn't a request for a monetary or tangible "gift," it might be OK to ask here... I'm looking for an invite to thebox.bz. If you have one, I'll be your best friend in exchange for it! I figure that's pretty valuable, but I guess I'm biased.

I'm chillin'. Went for a bike ride yesterday, then ate wings and drank a few Guinnesses. And several of my pals have recently become big Scrabulous fans, so I'm into that.

cmonkey, did your grandmother ever get that operation? You posted that very sad story, and quite a few of us donated money, but I don't think you've mentioned it again since.

By the way, I never thanked you guys for chipping in for that Alpaca farm I was going to buy. I ended up not doing it (turns out Alpaca poop smells), but the funds definitely went to a good cause. That toaster is so damn shiny I can see myself in it! It was worth the $400!!

Oh, yeah, that's the same toaster they use on Air Force One. That Skymall catalog is like the Bible--you can just open it to a random page and point.

See, ordinarily I order rye toast, but in this case I really don't think the caraway seeds would be a good idea.

I am a reasonable being, however. A tuxedo made of Poptarts (any berry flavor) would be acceptable.

I dunno bmarkey, the seeds would give the sweater a nice texture.

Me, I'm disappointed I won't be getting the alpaca poop toaster since my Skymall catalog hasn't shown up.
